I have my own hardware. Will you Install it?

Absolutely! If you are looking for Installation only of the hardware you purchased, then it comes out to a flat $7 per piece.

What are your service areas?

We wish we could service all of Texas, but unfortunately our small team and limited resources make this difficult. We want to ensure we maintain a satisfactory level of service while keeping our overhead costs down, and long drive times can make this challenging. We offer our services to the following local areas:

We always want to earn your business, not matter where you are. Please give us a call if you are outside of our service area and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Do you have any minimums?

Yes. We do have a $120 minimum when you place an order online.

While we would love to service everyone that needs help with only have a few handles, often the travel expense is more than the job.

Depending on your location we can be flexible. Give us a call any time, and we will try to accommodate as best as we can.

Do you only service North Dallas?

Yes. If you have already purchased handles and just need an installation, we are able to help. We charge $7-8 per handle. Please give us a call and we can set up a time to come install for you.

Is the consultation fee reimbursed?

If you live outside of our free consultaton area, there is a $75 service fee. This fee will be applied to the project as a credit when you decide to move forward with PullsPlus. Otherwise it is charged it for the consultation.

How much do you charge?

Our pricing comes down to what you need and want.

If you are looking to purchase hardware from us and have it installed, on average, it comes out to about $15/pull. This includes hardware costs, labor, and and installation. The hardware we offer comes in various styles, colors, lengths, and costs.

If you are looking for Installation only of the hardware you purchased, then it comes out to $7-8 per piece.

Do you offer free samples?

Yes, we do offer free samples for many of our products! While the samples themselves are free, a shipping and handling fee applies, typically ranging from $5-$7 per item. Look for the "Eligible for Free Sample" indication on product pages to see which items you can try before you buy. You can request up to three different samples to ensure you find the perfect match for your project.

After you've placed your sample request, watch for an email from us with a shipping invoice. Your samples will be on their way to you as soon as we receive payment for shipping, and we'll provide tracking information for your convenience. Please note, samples are shipped with an estimated lead time of 3-7 business days and may arrive in multiple packages.

Please note that our free sample program does not extend to "Add-on" items such as soft-close hinges, instant hot water devices, door levers, etc.

What is your 1-day installation?

Our team has years of experience and acquired skills. Whether the job is 20 handles or 100 handles, we know we can get the job completed in one visit!
