(Independent Contractor)

PullsPlus is seeking experienced cabinetry and carpentry professionals to join our team as independent contractor. In this role, you’ll install high-quality cabinet and drawer hardware, enhancing the aesthetic and functionality of our clients’ spaces. We value reliability, strong communication skills, and proficiency with standard tools. Enjoy the flexibility to set your own schedule, competitive per-job compensation averaging $40–$50 per hour, and opportunities for additional earnings through lead generation and upselling.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in cabinetry, carpentry, or similar skilled trades.
• Has references available upon request.
• Proficient with standard tools (drill, levels, tape measure, sizing jig, etc.).
• Has own tools needed to complete contracted jobs (drill, screwdriver, sizing jig, level, measuring tape, etc..).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Reliable, friendly, and professional in all customer interactions.
• Skilled communicator through text, email, and calls.
• Comfortable using a mobile app for job management.
• Is located in, around, or just outside one of our service areas (PullsPlus Service Areas locations).
• Currently looking for installers in the Prosper, Forth Worth, and Garland greater areas.

Compensation & Perks:
